Hi there! I want to share another room that we completed in the Berkeley Bungalow project! You can read about the space saving idea that we did along with the simple and chic master bedroom in previous posts.

This was a fun room to design as it was an empty slate when I started. It's a small space but we were able to maximize seating by designing a custom sectional that fit tightly between the surrounding walls.

We added adorable cowhide storage ottomans from One Kings Lane and designed a custom coffee table that provides storage underneath when needed.

Above one side of the sectional we added a bookcase, so games, books and collected artifacts from my client's travels could be stored and displayed.

Original art from my client's collection was hung above the sectional and pillows were custom made using fabric from Quadrille (one of my favorite fabric lines!).

My clients have two young daughters and needed this bathroom to more efficient with storage and space. They wanted a timeless design in their 100 year old home that would transition with the girls as they grow from playing in the bathtub as toddlers, to maximizing space needed for makeup, hairdryers, etc as they become teenagers.
